I stayed in this hotel for few hours. They take your money in advance ( the whole amount and provide you with ZERO service. I can't explain the frustration I experienced in this hotel. I stayed in so many hotels before but this hotel is FAR WORSE THAN THE WORST OF THEM. The net is free but DOESN'T EXIST. iT simply DOESN'T WORK. There is no HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER. Imagine after a long travel and your basic needs to have a shower is not available. They will tell you it needs a technician to fix but unavailable. They provide you with only one bath towel for all purposes ( hand, face, bath mat for feet ). All of these items are unheard of. No soap for shower and they tell you, the shampoo is 3 in 1 : shampoo, conditioner and shower gel ( unheard of ). The light in the room is unbelievable as it makes the beddings look totally soiled with large yellow stains all over. When you get no service and decide to leave, they tell you they can't refund your money as that needs a manager whom...

I spent 6-nights in the Panorama Hotel in March 2016. The hotel is showing its age, but is currently undergoing extensive renovations. Note that the renovations can cause a bit of noise and a lot of dust during the day. ||||My room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, working AC, tile floors throughout. There was a large panel TV in the room which received one English language movie channel. Furniture is out dated, but it was functional.
