Hotel Mediterraneo Inn — Hotel in Departamento de La Unión

Not worth the price!

The only reason we stayed here was because it's close to the border, but I wish we would've chosen another place.

Way too expensive for what you get. There is nothing in this hotel dat justifies these prices. Very basic rooms, no window in the room. Beds are basic. Pillows are plastic. Bathroom looks cheap and old. Check-in from 2pm, we arrived at 2:15 and the room was't ready. Pool was really small, more like a kids pool. There were loose tiles in the pool.

There was a window above our shower, we think from a storage space? I could hear there was a door being opened and a man talking. There was no way to cover this window. Felt very unsafe and uncomfortable having to take a shower here.

The AC made a terrible loud noise. Even with our earplugs we could still hear if very loudly.

Breakfast was ok, very basic as well. You can chose from a few options from the breakfast menu. However there are no juices and no...

The best place to stay in Santa Rosa de Lima, La Unión El Salvador with bed and breakfast. Many channels in English and Spanish in the television. Strong Wi-Fi network signal. Good air conditioning with setting C and F Celsius and Fahrenheit. Parking is very tight but they help you align your vehicle good only thing is if your blocked or blocking someone you need to move the vehicle.

We stayed here for 1 night (traveling with motorcycles). It is a great place for sleeping close to the border to Honduras. They have save spaces for the motorcycles. The service was perfect from the beginning. They were smiling all the time and we felt very welcome. On the day we left they helped us with an very important problem. We are very thankful for that.
