Hotel Plaza Floresta — Hotel in Departamento de San Miguel

The only reason I give them two stars is because of the personnel was courteous, otherwise the facility is old and with need of repairs in the rooms, the outside of the buildings looks almost impeccable, but they behaved very stingy they only give you one towel have to ask for anything else. The knobs in the cabinets and drawers were off. There are no dryers, no hot iron on each room, no safe, and they have manual door keys in all the rooms, walls were not in the best of conditions. The place has potential if upgraded. The security guard was nice and helpful. I had a request to have my room changed and they did, I requested outside window view. The pool seems nice, and it did the pool area. For now I can't provided no greater rating than a two. They need better management to have better...

Not a pleasant place at all. Rooms are dark, windows open onto a wall. Bathroom is tiny, window opens onto corridor. Dirty as well, the light switches for example. Bed was ok but sheets were not cotton but some nylon type. Air con was noisy like a truck, if sensitive to noise, either that or stuffy room. But worse was the cold water shower. Nightmare for me. Breakfast was given without ask, eat what u get. Pool is not for swimming, only to look at. If u want a cheap sleep only accommodation, ...

It seems this place has turned itself around since the bad reviews years ago. The bathroom is super tiny so u have to do some acrobatics to get to the toilet paper, but we were perfectly pleased with our short stay. We felt safe, there's a cc onedor attached to the hotel, a grocery next door, and a panaderia next to that. No need to wander around this seedy part of town if you are just...
