The rooms are spacious and very clean, the service was excellent, the place is beautiful and relaxing, and the owner is kind and generous. The rooftop patio is a lovely place to lounge. I had a small problem with forgetting my key, and the receptionist was very accommodating. English We stayed at Hotel Payaya for just one day, but it was unforgettable! As soon as you walk into the hotel, the scent is absolutely amazing — a 5-star welcome in itself. Kathern at the front desk was so welcoming, respectful, and polite. Roberto Carlos, the Manager, was incredibly nice, very informative, and truly made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the views from the hotel were simply breathtaking! Even though our stay was short, the experience was perfect from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back!
