I have been there nearly 2 weeks, best place in Alegria. Lots of parking area. The staff is caring and cheerful, thank you for your hospitality. I had some communication problems but it was no big deal. You may experience traditional breakfast every morning as free. There is also a restaurant for dinners. Rooms are clean, the housekeeping is done daily. You must try the garden side suites. There is a wide open garden, you may feel the nature. The hotel is nice and clean, the establishment its self is good. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the concierge at the front desk. We waited for nearly 30 minutes to be attended because she was not at the front desk, we asked a groundskeeper for help, they called her and said she was in the bathroom. El hotel es muy bonito. Se encuentra en la ciudad de Alegría, enclavado en las montañas de la cordillera Tecapa-Chinameca. Rodeado de fincas de Café y antiguos cráteres de volcanes, uno de ellos una laguna termal que merece la pena visitar. El hotel está muy bien decorado y equipado. Cama y almohadas confortables. Los artículos de higiene de cortesía de las habitaciones son muy buenos. En general bien equipadas. Eché de menos un apoyamaletas en la habitación. No tiene aire acondicionado en la recepción ni las habitaciones, tienen ventiladores de techo que, en el caso de mi habitación hacía un poco de ruido. Aunque no suele hacer calor a sus 1200 metros de altitud, hay que tenerlo en cuenta. La vista de las habitaciones con terraza es espectacular. El personal es muy amable y atento y el servicio de desayuno incluido es bastante bueno.
