Came with my team. Between two of them found bad smell, dirty towels and a bug in their rooms. The restaurant service is very bad they have a limited menu and there were no desserts in the afternoon to have with coffee. En este viaje por negocios nos hospedamos en Las Palmeras... un poco frío en cuanto al ambiente, sus trabajadores si muy amables, ||||Habitaciones muy completas y confortables, aunque muchos televisores no funcionaron por falta de uno de los 2 controles remotos, el AC no estaba conectado pues el aparato ya es algo viejo, tuve que dormir con ventana abierta lo cual no fue nada malo... al contrario muy agradable el descanso, en los baños, las tinas NO tienen antideslizantes, lo cual si espero que tomen en cuenta y las coloquen, por seguridad.||Comidas completas, sus salones para talleres y conferencias completos, su piscina muy limpia y sus áreas comunes también, note que si falta señalización y los extintores en cada nivel.||El wifi si es muy bueno pero solo en el lobby, área de salones, piscina y hasta el segundo nivel... ya del tercero en adelante no...
