The expectations where high. Great look from outside, fancy |But, well from inside, it looked more like a hotel lobby |Service was very friendly and professional. The menu was short but the variety was good|Took as starters a tomato soup, I would call it gaspazo. Nice way to serve it 👍|The the mai course was entrecôte steak. Steaks or slice of steak (2 pieces) where a little bit could, but very tasty.|Pricing was very high for Otepää area|Wine was good, but white wine was served far to early, was getting warm before the food was served (that was the comment from the chicken and wish eaters) |The desert, mud cake was superb |All in all, 2 1/2 hours for dinner was far to long, the speed of the kitchen was slowest what I have seen, even if the result was good. But slow is slow |I would prefer something else, if your not with your honey for a fine dining there, and your have hours just to spend in...

Потрясающий отель и потрясающее обслуживание. На протяжении четырех лет останавливаемся в этом отеле. Были как зимой так и летом. ||Для двух детей и двух взрослых очень комфортное размещение. В номере спальня и большая кухня студия, где так же есть отличный раскладной диван.||В отеле есть ресторан, где можно заказать завтрак, который будет включен в стоимость. Так же пообедать и поужинать. Честно сказать мы рестораном не разу не пользовались, так как кухня оборудована всем необходимым: плита, чайник, кофе машина, холодильник и посудомоечная машина. Или ели в городе. ||Номер убирают один раз в два дня. Убирают хорошо, меняют все полотенца, ванные принадлежности и все что необходимо для кухни. ||Так же в гостинице есть тренажёрный зал и сауна. ||Очень приветливый персонал, с каждым разом старается все лучше и лучше говорить на Русском языке. ||Отель расположен очень удобно. С видом на озеро, рядом маршрут для скандинавской ходьбы и бега. ||В трех километрах лыжный стадион. ||Этой зимой приехали с собакой. Ни каких проблем при размещении не возникло. Договорились о комфортной и удобной уборке номера, так что бы собака не съела горничную.||Смело рекомендуем отель для всех желающих отдохнуть в Отепя. ||||The hotel is terrific and terrific service. For four years, we stayed at this hotel. They were both in winter and in summer.||For two children and two adults very comfortable accommodation. It features a bedroom and a large kitchen studio, which also has a great sofa.||The hotel has a restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, which is included in the price. As for lunch and dinner. Honestly restaurant we have never used as a kitchen equipped with everything you need: stove, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator and dishwasher. Or eating in the city.||Rooms are cleaned every two days. Clean well change all the towels, bathroom accessories and everything you need for the kitchen.||Also the hotel has a gym and a sauna.||Very friendly staff, each time trying to get better and better speak the Russian language.||The hotel is very convenient. Veetsime selles restoranis lastega koos imelise õhtupooliku. Teenindus oli kiire ja väga professionaalne, toidud ülimaitsvad. Lastele pole küll palju valkut, kuid pasta juustuga maitses muidugi hästi, tore oli see, et kõrval oli rohelist salatit magusamapoolse kastmega, lapsed sõid isukalt 😊 Kindlasti tuleme tagasi!

Pean ütlema, et nüüd, 5 aastat hiljem oleme restorani poolega endiselt rahul, kuigi hinnad on kohati kõrgemadki, kui mõnes Tallinna restoranis, millest on kahju, sest seda harvem saab seal nüüd käia. Viimati oli aga kogemus ööbimisega, mis kahjuks on ka suhteliselt kallis, keset nädalat maksab tuba kahele inimesele 160€, mille sees pole isegi hommikusööki. Selle tellisime siis eraldi, 16€ per nägu ja noh, ütleme nii, et oleks oodanud ka enamat :) Nt Saaremaa GoSpas on ülihea hommikusöök alati ja seal pole ka kahju kallimat hinda maksta, palju kohalikke toite ja erinevaid maitseid. GMPs kahjuks polnud midagi erilist, kohalikku, midagi, mis tekitaks wau tunde...teenindajad loiud, ise pidime taipama ukse kõrvalt endale smuuti shot võtta, see oleks võinud olla juba suur pluss, et teenindaja juhatab inimesi ka hommikul saali ja pakub tervitusnapsu smuuti näol. Musti taldrikuid ka kahjuks ära ei viida vahepeal, istusime kohvitassidega mustas lauas, tõstsime siis ise tühjad taldrikud laua äärde, aga noormees leti taga ei teinud nägemagi. Palun parandage seda kindlasti, see jääb meelde. Meie külalised Hispaaniast kergitasid ka sellepeale kulme, et ise peaks koristama, ka nende jaoks oli hind krõbe ja siis tahes tahtmata ootad ka mingit taset. Samuti võiks olla pipar/sool vabalt saada, mitte ei pea letist küsima. Väikesed, kui elementaarsed asjad, mida muuta ja juba on kogemus palju parem. Toas võiks kardinad olla tumedamad, hommikul vara, eriti suvel läheb valgeks ja tuba ka täiesti valge. Puhkusel tahaks...
