Great little vacation house next to a small lake. Really friendly and helpful owners. Quiet and serene location with a nearby train railway stop for a quick transfer to Tartu or further. Perfect to use for a company retreat or for small gatherings. You can take a swim in the lake as well relax in the wood-fired hot tub. Plenty of space for gatherings and meals. Outside furnace for smoking meat, barbecue, and campfires. Surrounded by forests and tranquil farmlands. Neighbours are a little bit too close to the campsite but not significantly disturbing. Великолепный дом во всех отношениях! Огромный с шикарной верандой и бочкой, с большой баней с окном, зал на первом этаже заканчивается каминным уголком с большущим угловым диваном и огромным телевизором, кухня с холодильником (Side-by-Side), газовой плитой, духовкой, много посуды. На первом этаже есть 2 уединённые спальни на 2 и 3 человека (фото прилагаются). Второй этаж поделён на 2 спальные зоны с 2- и 1-местыми кроватями. Есть огромная ванная комната с джакузи. В туалете на 1 этаже есть ситарльная машина. А вокруг какая красота: гриль домик, детская площадка, пруды, клумбы, озеро! Ещё раз хочется поблагодарить радушных хозяев. Сил вам и процвета бизнесу!
