Jägerhof — Hotel in Saku Parish

Let me start by saying that stay away from there unless you have incredibly low standards and expectations. I rented the place via the booking.com app and it could have not been further from what was stated in the app. The description stated a nice and quiet place - it was next to a shooting range!!! (to rub it in, they also have a super quiet room option like it makes you hear gunshots somehow a little less) The place looks bad altogether - it actually looks like driving to the front of a firing squad. Getting closer to the building I was met with guys taking pictures and staring all the way to the entrance and back after I left the building. After entering the building, there was no information - period. Nobody to show the way, no phone number. There were only some old kitchen appliances with towels placed around them and a desk that has seen better days. After wandering around the building we managed to find the pub which is separate from the hotel part. We were told that people come there all the time and the administrator doesnt often answer the phone after he gives them his number. Not that it would have made any difference because he also said that he doesnt speak anything besides Russian as he is from Belarussia (which is also illegal as an administrator in Estonia).

Needless to say, I wanted nothing to do with this place and leave. Did I forget to mention that they have no refund policy??? If you go through booking.com (who was no help btw) you could get 20% of your money back. That makes sense as if they would be offering refunds, they wouldn't be making any money. How has anyone given 4 or 5 stars other than the owner, is a mystery and probably...

I had a very bad experience. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the system overbooked many roomed and they had to put me in an another room. When I entered the romm with the family, the room was dirty, the bathrooms were smelling not properly cleaned. I could not stay with the family and it was 9.45 pm. I told the receptionist that the condition of the room was bad. The receptionist could not help me out and told me that they can refund me the money, after 13 days of emails and calling the hotel ,I was told to draf a email with proper reasons, whihc I did. I still have not got any resonse...

We stayed at Trappi hotel 1 night before the ferry to Helsinki.|This is pretty small hotel located on the way to Tallinn, in the forest. So you can enjoy fresh air and nature. Also, you easily find a small lake down the road with impressive wake park and clean water.|Personel is polite and friendly, check-in very fast and easy.|We had a double room, it was very spacious and clean. The bed is at least king size, we had a good sleep.|Breakfast is simple like home made food, but very delicious.|We did not expect much and had a nice time during our short stay.
