[ Park ] 🌳🌳🌲 Trees make it feel like high semi-transparent ceilings. Leaves form green curtains from above.

Apple trees are pruned, making walkthroughs a breeze 🍏🍏🌳🚶‍♂️🌳🍏.

Playgrounds for kids. They are happy with ample space, grass, bushes and trees anyways. Enough for hide and seek. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🙈👀

Interesting tent-like formation from branches.

BEWARE! Ticks are ready on grass. Check your feet and calves every 2-3 min. Those sickheads climb fast. 🪲🩸🦵

[ Birds ] 🐦🦆🦅 Swallows catch their invertebrate pray mid-air at high speed and high sound. They must love accomplishments that fill their belly.

Storks stare at you on chimney. They know their limits. They like it high. When solitary, they bend their necks backwards and make 'klak-klak-klak' sound. Beware as it might echo, giving false signals of apparent monsters inhabiting the area, especially in dark 😎 🔊😨💭👹.

Hawks lurk the area. They seem to irritate wild black ducks taking refuge in nearly dried big pond.

[ Pond ] 🏞️ Collection of undead amphibian plants. Part of human-directed project to clean mud from the bottom of the pond.

Apart from some water, there are no mountains as depicted by emoji.

[ Manor ] 🏛️ Pillars front and back. Symmetric as usual for homes of higher-ups of 19th century.

Imagine waking up, opening curtains, seeing sunrise over pond in mist 🪟🌫️🌄, sunrays beautifying the scene. .. As day has gone by, you go to your windows, last nature time before world of dreams takes. You gaze at the park, in sunset, to remind yourself of nature: oh, so almighty, so grandiose, so...

I have ordered a beautiful table for me and my wife in the main restaurant by phone week earlier before Valentine's Day 14 Feb. Man on the phone told me that of-course they will arrange a good table for us. So we had a long trip to this mansion (1h) by car and when we got there...yeah it looked really beautiful. When we got in...we have stood about 5 minutes near the bar before lady waitress came to us asking if we had a reservation and if it is for the name Vi... I told that I have reserved the table on the name Filipp on what the lady made a face like...''emmmm what? who is Filipp?'' So as we understood already all the tables on the main restaurant room were seated...and there was NO reservation for name Filipp at all. The man on the phone as I understood from the conversation with the lady waitress was the owner or director...but who cares now who he was. So the lady waitress has seated us near the entrance to the mansion before the bar on the Vi...table...The evening was ruined by the crucial mistakes of the stuff...Lady waitress has smiled several times that like she is sorry..and thats it. No complementaries from the chef or anybody else for the mistake....just eat and get out. Of course lady waitress tried her best to be polite with us, but in my opinion the mistakes of this place are just crucial...I wanted to stay in this Mansion in very next future...but for now...NO thank you. PS. Food was...

Manor which has just been renovated. It's owner (one middle age woman) can be seen working around also during busy days. She is very into restoring the whole complex and making it to run as a business. Sweet place to sit and enjoy coffee and cake or a nice concert if there is one going on. This summer they also hosted small strawberry day while visitors could buy local products and look around the manor. The picture is taken during Christmas party inside their hall. On the walls of the manor can be found many painting by one the famour femal artist in Estonia (currently active) Epp-Maria Kokamägi. We heard the locals comments during summer time that it is amazing what the owner has done with this place as the building was totally ruined earlier. There are only couple of orginial seiling and wall painting bits which could be restored unfortunately. Others are all newly painted. Definitelt worth to visit while passing the road and having some time for a coffee break. It will be even nicer in coming years when they open up the whole building and...

And what a great discovery it was! We were on a ride to Pärnu, when I noticed "Kernu Manor" sign and so decided to take a sidetrack. We really shouldn't suppress our urges on vacation. There was a beautiful park, quiet and full of calming vibes, juicy grass covered in happy flowers and sunlight, The lovely Manor was standing tall in front of the lake (under renovation at the moment). Inside - it was also gorgeous. Not that "old stuff" feeling, but an elegant charm of last decades. The owner and the personnel were terribly friendly. I had to check the restaurant, which surprised me with fine food and splendid serving. There's a SPA on the lower floor also. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting the place for more than just a few hours)))

The estate was established 🧱 in 1637, the two-storey main building was erected at the end of the 18th century. During the era of von the Tiesenhausens in the 1810s, the building was reconstructed in the stately high classical style. The architect has been considered to be Ludwig Engel who also planned the Helsinki city centre. An elderly care home was operating in the building between the 1920s until the 2013. The buildings are now owned by a real estate company and nicely renovated. 👉Today it's used as a conference centre, weddings, party's, including a hotel as well. Rooms in main building is 5 suites and 11 rooms. A barn building next to it have 13 rooms.
