Espak Hostel — Hotel in Tallinn

Unfortunately, I can't really give the customer service of this hostel a good rating.||What happened: I was planning a 7-day (6-night) trip from Riga to Tallinn to Stockholm.||I had intended to stay two nights in Tallinn.||Unfortunately, I now have to work and tried to cancel my booking at this hostel in Tallinn.||Of course, I understand that a commercial provider isn’t thrilled when guests cancel at the last minute.||BUT: I didn’t request a last-minute cancellation — I contacted them 12 days before my scheduled arrival.||Since there aren’t that many accommodations in Tallinn and this hostel generally has good reviews, it should be easy for them to find another guest. So, the hostel would hardly suffer any losses.||However, the fact is: the hostel did not respond to any of my emails — not even to those sent by Booking.com. They did, however, respond to general inquiries (I tested this with a separate email).||This behavior is neither guest-friendly nor honest or professional.||In my case, I didn’t lose much money, but it’s clear that the hostel won’t make any friends by acting like this: pure ignorance.||Conclusion: The hostel itself might be okay – but the customer service seems stuck in...

36 euro eest, mis tuba maksis, oli see suurepärane. Kõik oli väga puhas, oli voodi, oli laud, väike kööginurk ning väga hea suurusega vannituba. Majutusasutus vastas kiiresti minu soovile kõrgem korrus (4. korrus) broneerida. Parkimine oli tasuta ning parkimine oli kohe ukse ees. Toas oli võimalik isegi kliimat seadistada, et soovitud temperatuur saada. Selle raha eest super tuba.

Dušši surve oleks võinud olla tugevam. Oleks võinud olla mõni klaas või tops, näiteks vannitoas lisaks. Praegu oli kogu toa peale ainult üks teetass. Samuti oleks võinud olla taldrikuid rohkem kui 1 alustass.

For 36 euros, this room was excellent. Everything was very clean, there was a bed, a desk, a small kitchenette, and a very well-sized bathroom. The accommodation promptly responded to my request to book a higher floor (4th floor). Parking was free and available right at the door. The room even had climate control to achieve the desired temperature. The hotel also offered high-speed, free Wi-Fi. A fantastic room for this price.

The shower pressure could have been stronger. It would have been nice to have a glass or cup, for example, in the bathroom. Currently, there was only one teacup for the entire room. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more than just one...

Great for one or two night staying. The rooms where clean and new, furnished well. There was everything and more than you even need for few nights. Location was bit far away from the centre but we used bolt-taxi succesfully to get where ever we wanted to go. Tallinn bolt prices were between 4-15€ depending the traffic and distance.
