Global Village Guesthouse — Hotel in Manzini Region

The accommodation at the venue was quite adequate. Shower was a bare trickle, and the aircon did not work (though they changed me to a room with a working aircon once I informed them of that). Accommodation is comfortable, and I had no reason to complain about the service when there. My one major grips is that I specifically requested access to WiFi when I booked online, but when I arrived I was told that I was placed in a room that could not access the WiFi. It seemed clear when I questioned this that no one had actually read the request that I added to my online booking. We had a bit of a confusion with the booking, so please be careful to confirm everything several times. The rooms we were put in were very different from the rooms pictures on the website, they were very small and basic, with old furniture. It was some kind of 2nd or 3rd annex/house, far away from the main Guest House. so we had to drive our car to have breakfast. We were 3 persons and the hot water was only enough for 1 shower, then the water was cold. Breakfast was not that good, the eggs were too salty, we could not eat them. The place was not as beautiful as it looks on the website pictures, the receptionist was nice and she made an effort in finding us a good and comfortable room after we discovered that the one we booked was too small and and uncomfortable for me since I am pregnant. Also on our day of departure they did not have the breakfast we wanted to eat and again they made an effort to get us those things we wanted to have for breakfast.
