Your advertisement on different social media platforms and your work are different like heaven and earth. I went on 9/8/17 (Ethiopian calendar) with my friend for a spa, including hair treatment. The sauna wasn't just non-functional, but starting the steam took so long it made many people annoyed. The staff, instead of responding with 'we'll fix it' or giving a proper answer when we gave feedback, replied in an unprofessional and dismissive manner.
Especially since it was a holiday, this kind of service is unexpected from a so-called 4-star hotel. Another thing that surprised me – there were two workers in the hair salon. One of them, while supposed to be serving my friend, was instead focusing on doing her own nails. Apparently, she was busy with her nails. Is this the kind of work ethic appropriate?? I am not saying they dont need to do their nails, but if they have to, they might as well shut down the salon. When we were leaving the spa, one of them was doing her own nails again, and we had to sit and wait for her to finish before we recieved treatment.
What kind of customer handling is this, ??? If needed, I can provide photos of them doing their nails while we are just sitting & waiting for our turn.
This is my feedback, instead of focusing on advertising on social media, its better to focus on professionalism & quality work then your work itslef can even attract you customers....

Despite this being my second time providing a 1-star review, it seems necessary to highlight these persistent issues in hopes of prompting some much-needed improvements. Our group of 15 people collectively agrees on this rating, which reflects on the overall perception of your establishment. It's concerning that a 4-star hotel is at risk of slipping to a 3-star rating due to these unresolved problems.
Our feedback is intended to encourage timely rectifications, especially since we are in the middle of a year-long package. Unfortunately, the majority of us have decided to leave, opting for alternatives like the Laphto Mall.
Specifically, the gym facilities are a major letdown. Despite the high fees, only 3 out of 7 treadmills are functional, most exercise bikes are out of order, and the equipment is outdated with limited options. Our usual workout time is between 5pm and 6pm, after which we look forward to unwinding at the spa. However, the steam room has been malfunctioning for five weeks now. It appears operational, but the power is noticeably lower since its last repair, rendering it unusable. Additionally, the gym's cleanliness is not maintained daily.
The one redeeming aspect of your hotel is the commendable friendliness of your staff, which has been the sole highlight...
