This establishment is a scam. The receptionist and other staff misled me into believing that internet access was available, while simultaneously denying the existence of a discoverable and functional Wi-Fi network. They assured me of a buffet breakfast, but this was a false promise. The only breakfast service offered consisted of sliced bread and marmalade, lacking any substantial variety. I was forced to beg hot water for my shower, as the towels provided were neither clean nor sanitary. Furthermore, they had taken my personal towels. I strongly advise against booking a stay...

We stayed here for 1 night following a flight cancellation.. I am honestly amazed at how bad this place is

Just about everything in the room is broken including the shower which wouldnt turn on at all, the WiFi doesn't work, stained sheets, room overlooking a busy road, cockroaches in the rooms, the food would be sent back in prison, rude and unfriendly staff.. I can't really think of anything positive to say other than the fact I never have to stay here again

If your tour operator tries to put you in this hotel tell them you'll take your chances...

The stay in this place has been nothing but dissapintment. We requested to change the rooms since we found cockroaches in the first one. Only to discover that the other room was no different.
