My wife stayed at the hotel in the city of Semera on May 31, 2024.|I made the payment with my VISA card for ETB 5000 in person at the lobby counter|The employee hid from me that he made two operations, and they charged my account for two payments for ETB 5000.|I made the claim where I attached the receipt that the employee gave me for only one of them and I also attached the copy of the summary of my card where the two payments appear.|I complained to Mr. Zinabu Kufa ( ዝናቡ ቁፋ ) (manager ...?) who did not deal with the matter until he denied my claim, all this by WhatsApp|Apart from the fact that they do not recognize that they robbed me, it should be noted that the conditions of the dining room are terrible, everything has fallen into disrepair and lack of maintenance, the staff enters the room without warning, to name a few...

nice spacious appartment buildings with large rooms. in principle good build, but already running down. e.g. the toilet did not flush but filled up. We were here twice. On the first trip we stayed one night and I got bacterial food poisoning from the Spaghetti, which luckily lasted only two days. Not great when you are going to the Danakil, which was the highpoint of our ethiopia trip.||In the end I would say. it is a nice place, but needs proper management, in the kitchen as well as anywhere else.||As I will write in a second review, on our revisit 3 nights later, roughly 12 people got foodpoisoning. the first time I did not make the connection, cause could be anything. This one is viral, several still only partly recovered...

This is the only place in my knowledge which is offering body spa services. Things to be noted is It's only for women. Late evening on working days it won't be available. Around 1 it's possible that it's lunch time. So better to go before 1 or after 1.45 pm as per European Calendar time. For deep tissue the amount is 370birr for 60 minutes. What can be improved room can be ready before the guest arrives towels and bedsheets can be more clean.

The oil used was non-sticky and quickly absorbing which suits the weather...
