We moved here from another hotel because we wer promised hot water, good wi-fi, and a great breakfast. We ended up with having no electricity, no water (not even cold), no wi-fi, and only some eggs with peanut butter for breakfast (no drinks, no choice). Our toilet was not working, I'm guessing becasue there was no water.
We asked for partial refund, and this did not go well - the manger (owner?) got very agressive, started yelling "get out of my hotel" - see the video.
He finally gave us some money back, still yelling for us to get out, which we did.
The hotel is not too bad thought - IF you have water, electricity, and wifi working, and if the owner is in a better mood. Customer service is below zero, don't expect them to do...

I talked to some people who had stayed at Jinka Resort before and they told me it was like there was a change in management.
