This hotel was not what we expected. It was very dirty, and one of our two rooms didn’t have hot water. The place felt completely neglected, with no attention to even basic necessities—there wasn’t even toilet paper provided, and we had to ask for it. The location was also disappointing, far from the main attractions and surrounded by clubs and questionable establishments, with loud music coming from the street. On the first morning, the water in the shower stall from my cold shower did not drain, but that was fixed. Nearby, there is an establishment that plays loud music very...

I will never recommend this hotel even to a homeless person I am very dissatisfied with there reception and services it was...
