Lovely setting surrounded by water with very clean, modern, and spacious cabins with toilet, shower, and cooking facilities. Nice pebble beach for swimming, and well-maintained mini-golf course (12 holes, 5 Euros for adults and 3 Euros for children). The major problem with Gulvivans is food. Dinner menu is not very extensive nor imaginative and a bit pricey too compared with the nice cafe in Jurmo. Staff is nice,...
Read moreA cute and cosy 2-star hotel on a tiny island. Complete with restaurant, sauna, and a mini golf course. Friendly and welcoming staff. Huge bonus - the view is amazing!
All the necessities are there in all rooms: WC and a shower, cupboards with ample space and a mini kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machines. Nothing is luxorious, but noone expects that from a 2-star place. However, it also might mean leaking showerheads and such.
Great place to stay when you are having your summer vacation in Åland....
