Hotelli-ravintola Otsolan Hovi — Hotel in Forssa sub-region

Booked this hotel as it seemed convenient alongside the road from Helsinki to Pori. Took the 16.30 ferry from Tallinn to Helsinki arriving 18.30. Very bad driving conditions with snow and ice on the road. Took a long time to get there. ||When we arrived we found the hotel locked (although lights were on including neon red sign visable from the road). Tried the bell and rang the number. Got a shirty response in Finnish and then they refused to answer the phone. ||Spent nearly an hour on the phone to Booking.com to eventually be told they couldn't accept our reservation as they were full (we could see that there was only one guest inside). Ended up driving a further 2 hrs to Pori. Booking.com were helpful in finding alternative accommodation.||Do not give these people...

The hotel doesn’t deserve it’s almost four stars When we arrived everything seemed to be fine but as we got our keys, we got the information that the promised pool wasn’t cleaned and on top of that, you couldn’t even eat in the restaurant. If you book this hotel you would have to prepare yourself that you don’t get cleaned towels and bedsheets every day, and the room is not getting cleaned. Paikalle saavuttua kyltti tien laidassa ei oikein näyttänyt tietä minne pitää ajaa. Piha oli tyhjä kun saavuimme.saatiin autolle hyvä paikka. Ulkona oven vieressä pallogrilli joka oli täynnä tupakantumppeja,samoin portailla 2 tuhkakuppia täynnä. Paikka on savuton mainosten mukaan.ikkuna oli ekaa iltaa auki niin tupakan savut tuli sisälle asti. Eka yö oli vähän kylmä ja petikamppeet oli aika huonot.tyynyt tosi käytetyt ja matalat. Nyt on porukkaa enemmän yöpymään saapunut muihinkin huoneisiin ja klo 22.30 naapuri huoneessa niin isoäänistä porukkaa että seinien läpi kuuluu puhe ja nauru.ei saa nukuttua ... Olipahan kokemus.Tänne emme enään palaa....Hintaan ei edes kuulunut...
