Serena Villas — Hotel in Helsinki sub-region

We had a bachelor party for a friend there and booked a large villa for 10 persons. It was big enough, that's about the only positive thing about it. The other was that the locks work with a key code, so you don't need to carry the key all the time.||||To get there was horrible in April, there were 20 cm water somewhere on the road which actually goes through the water park so it was awful to drive to the villa by not knowing how deep the water-road gets and if it will break your car.||||When we arrived several hours after the booking had started, there was still the dishwasher running etc. The windows of the villa were left open so it was freezing cold in there. The sauna didn't work properly, it just randomly turned itself off after about every hour and then back on after a couple of hours.||||I was extremely disappointed with the cleaning, there was two uneaten, rotten pizzas in the CLOSET - yes, closet, not the freezer. Imagine the smell. There were also non-working bulbs and stuff like that.||||You get a free pass to the water park with the villa - didn't use it though since they don't rent swimming trunks or anything, and didn't want to buy €5 trunks for €35 on...

Great in the summer brilliant water park lovely rides plenty to do. Great in winter skiing and hot chocolates for all. Amazing what they can do to transform from summer to winter and back again. Have bend several times both summer swimming and skiing...

Mökit liian lähellä toisiaan. Edes terassille ei pääse ilman näköyhteyttä vähintään kolmeen muuhun mökkiin. Naapurin musiikki ja hekotus kuuluu sisälle kuin samassa tilassa olisi. Makkaratikut puuttuu. Kahvinkeittimessä vaarallisen näköinen sähköjohto (korjattu sähköteipillä). Tuolit natisevat niin että pelottaa istua niille (ettei joudu korvaamaan mitään).

Kokemuksen kruunaa joka paikkaan ripotellut ohjeet ja kieltolaput jotka pelottelevat lisämaksuilla jos pieraisetkin väärässä kohtaa.
