Lapinkoski Oy — Hotel in Kemi-Tornio sub-region

I'm finally getting around to writing my review, but we had a fantastic time at Lapinkoski in August for their special 5 day salmon fishing package!

From the modern cabins, to the pristine fishing location and more, Lapinkoski is a great place for outdoor activities.

As part of our package we had a fishing guide for 1.5 days. Markku was an excellent guide who gave us a thorough introduction to salmon fishing techniques and showed us all of the best spots in Simojoki. We learnt a huge amount from him and also feel like we have gained a fishing friend for life.

Not only does Lapinkoski have over 400 meters of private fishing areas, it's also conveniently located near to many of the best public fishing spots on the river. We were able to rent top-quality fishing equipment from the centre for our trip, meaning we could fish with confidence and land whatever was on the end of our lines.

Whether you're coming for the salmon fishing or to just immerse yourself in nature, we would absolutely recommend Lapinkoski. We're looking forward to hopefully coming back...

Beautiful experience with Lapinkoski Oy Jussi was super helpful since the first email and our fishing guide Matias it was just fantastic, taking care of us in every details. The whole place is super suggestive, our cottage was brand new and comfortable, I suggest everyone to have a bbq in the Aurora kitchen hut and the sauna is just perfect with the view of the river. I will definitely come back to this place and I will suggest it...

Dear Lapinkoski’s team, We just leave today after a week in Lapinkoski. Many thanks for the organisation of our fishing holidays. Lapinkoski was amazing: the river, the nature, the fishing experiences, seeing midnight summer, fishing during the night, the guides and, last but not least, Eva and her lunch and dinners!
