Ночлечка для проезжающего мимо. Звукоизоляция отсутствует напрочь. Въехали соседи ночью, слышны были даже шаги и все слова, что говорили. Разбудили так же в 6 утра своими сборами. Фото на Букине не соответствуют. Подъем в квартиру в горку, на 2 этаж от дороги и без ступенек, был гололед и я чуть не сломала ногу.
