Guesthouse Lokinlaulu — Hotel in Kotka-Hamina sub-region

😊: Whilst traveling through the Finnish countryside on the TET with our motorcycles, we stumbled upon the charming Guesthouse Lokinlaulu.

We were warmly greeted by Thomas, the owner, who attended to our every need. He provided cover for our motorcycles and even let us use two bicycles to explore Kotka and the maritime museum.

The room was beautifully equipped with great beds and a good shower. The kitchen was also very well-equipped, and everything was clean and cozy.

The only downside was that we didn’t have more time to spend at the Guesthouse.

Heidi and Tuomas are warm, welcoming and helpful hosts. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, complete with BBQ facilities for leisurely evenings with friends. Nestled in the picturesque village of Popinniemi, Lokinlaulu offers things to see withing walking distance, and Kotka city center with its sights is less than 20 minutes drive away.
