Overnight stay was very good. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Evben shared the receipes with us! ||The location by the lake was good. Late night sauna (included!) was bit off the heat, but setting the fire gave enough warmth for 40min. The beach was sandy and very shallow. We had to walk about 100m before being able to swim. The beach is thus excellent for small chlidren.||The rooms were dormitory style. Four people (my family) in small room, which was nevertheless decorated and furnished nicely and with style. 10 points for that. Toilet and shower were shared with 10 rooms, but we did not experience any troubles or lines. Even the ladies were comfortable with this. ||And the breakfast. Awesome! Especially bacon and the sandwich buns were excellent. ||Very good value...

Spent a night during Midsommer with my daughter. Kuortane beach is just a very short walk away and in the yard of B&B there is things to do for kids, as well. B&B itself is old, rooms are clean and nice with shared toilet/bathroom. You can make BBQ outside and enjoy real Finnish wood-heated sauna, prepared for you. Breakfast has all you need and bit more. Vierailimme Kuortaneella ja vietimme yhden yön tässä idyllisessä vanhassa majatalossa, joka on toiminut majatalona ja perheyrityksenä isännän kertoman mukaan jo vuodesta 1935. Vastaanotto oli tullessamme ystävällinen ja välitön ja sama lämmin tunne henkilökunnan kanssa asioidessa jatkui koko vierailumme ajan. Rantasauna illalla uinteineen ja vieraiden käytössä ollut grillipaikka kruunasivat kesäiltamme. Aamupala oli todella laaja ja tasokas - myös gluteenittomuus oli pyynnöstämme huomioitu. Isäntä itse hääri essu päällä hoitamassa myös aamupalaa. Huoneet ja vuodevaatteet olivat siistit ja puhtaat. Huoneiden koko ei ollut kovin suuri, mutta ajoi hyvin asian. Ajan patina näkyi sopivasti kertomassa talon pitkästä historiasta. Hellekaudella huoneisiin sai lisäavuksi tuulettimet, jotka auttoivat lämpimänä kesäyönä hyvin. Kertakaikkiaan ihastuttava vierailu meidän 7 hengen (kolmen huoneen) porukallemme.

Voin lämpimästi suositella kaikille, jotka eivät tarvitse ketjumajapaikkojen tarjoamaa steriiliä samankaltaisuutta, vaan ovat valmiita kokemaan persoonallista vaihtoehtoa.
