Hyvölän Talo — Hotel in Kuusiokunnat sub-region

Very nice and homey farm accommodation. We stayed on the second floor of the main building and we had two bedrooms, a toilet and a shower room for us (weirdly enough, one evening other guest came to use our shower as they said that they didn't have one... I wasn't sure anymore if it was exclusively for us or not...). Rooms were clean as well as the other rooms. Downstairs there was a large public room with some toys for kids (and breakfast at mornings). Breakfast was really nice with many local products, some of them made at the site! In the garden there was a sand box and a trampoline which were greatly enjoyed by our kids. Oh, the sheep were great, too.||||We enjoyed our stay, but maybe the hostess could have smiled or talked a bit more. And they surely should move the HYVÖLÄ sign over the reception door - now almost every guest entered the house via the "wrong" door as they came...

The Hyvölän talo is located in a beautiful countryside just few kilometers from Ähtäri zoo and the center of Ähtäri. There are rooms in the main building and also in the building next door to the main building. There is a TV in the main building's living area. The rooms are very simple but clean and somewhat hot if the weather outdoors is warm/hot. ||You can use the barbecue outdoors (bring your own sausages) and you can also to use the kitchen to prepare for example evening snack. There was a small fridge (at least) next to the room I was staying so you can store there your food stuff.||There is a sauna by the lake and a beach. Olen aina ollut skeptinen ns. bed&breakfast/guesthouse majataloihin, mutta Hyvölän Talo oli positiivinen yllätys! Host-isäntä oli mukava ja vastasi mielellään kysymyksiin. Talo oli siisti, huone oli mukava.

Pihalla oli lapsille trampoliinia ja keinua. Hieman kauempaa löytyi rantalentopallokenttä.

Saunaa emme varanneet, mutta sellainen löytyy rantasaunana sekä savusaunana. Uimaranta on vieressä, ja se oli hyvin mukava kun pohjana oli pehmeää hiekkaa, joka pitkällekkin oli matalaa. (Minä, 168cm pystyin olemaan polvillani vedessä)

Yhteisessä tilassa oli myös asukkaille jääkaapit, jonne sai laittaa omia eväitä jos sellaisia oli. Eläintarhassa emme käyneet, mutta se on ilmeisesti lyhyen ajomatkan päässä. Lähimmät kaupatkin oli 5min ajomatkan päässä, vaikka tuntui että Hyvölän Talo olisi keskellä ei mitään. 😄

Yksi tähti pois vain siitä, kun aamulla klo 10-11 aikoihin oletettavasti siivooja kävi kokeilemassa huoneemme ovea, vaikka check-out aika ainakin bookingin mukaan olisi ollut klo 12.
