I woke up at 6:30 because of the strong smell of urine and sewage. In the morning, I also had a headache and my lungs felt uncomfortable. There is a noticeable smell of pipes and sewage in the apartment, along with another distinct, unpleasant odor. While lying on the pillow, I could distinctly smell urine, which was very unpleasant. I really hope that all my belongings haven’t absorbed these odors.

I really didn’t like the check-in process. Usually, after booking, an automatic message is sent with instructions, but that didn’t happen here. It took me one hour to finally receive the door code, which was quite frustrating. I messaged the property, called, and even sent messages and calls via WhatsApp, but there was no response. I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with Booking Assistance to get help. I have spent money to be on the line with booking customer support and wanted to cancel booking since could not check in. It was very unpleasant to book a room and realize that you might not be able to get in, especially considering the area.

The owner should set up an automatic message that informs guests how to access the property and what information they need to provide. This would make the stay much smoother. Alternatively, they should limit check-in hours if timely communication cannot be guaranteed.

I also believe the hosts need to be more patient. Unclear instructions in complete darkness in the middle of the night are stressful, and getting irritated in such a situation is not helpful. Though, I’m not surprised, as the hosts seem to be Russian, and that kind of abruptness seems to be in their nature.

😊: We stayed at the hotel for one night. Contactless check-in. When checking in, we were unable to get into the apartment immediately because one of the hotel guests took the key to the front door. The hotel administration quickly resolved the problem by providing us with an apartment from a different entrance. The apartment is spacious, located on the ground floor. Free parking is available next to the hotel. Guests have access to a kitchenette with everything they need to cook, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There was also coffee, tea, oatmeal, and cookies, which was a nice bonus. We would gladly stay in the apartment again, provided that the comments about cleanliness are taken into account.. 😢: The apartment was not clean enough, the floor was dirty, the dishes were also dirty, we had to wash them before...

Угораздило нас. Решили проверить новое место: маленький и уютный городок между Иматрой и Лаппеенрантой. Сняли апартаменты для отдыха предновогоднего шопинга. Окна одной комнаты и гостиной выходят на дорогу, по которой почти круглосуточно идут лесовозы и автоцистерны на деревоперерабатывающий комбинат, находящийся неподалёку. Спать без беруш просто невозможно. Привыкшим к тишине и ищущим тишину будет непросто. |Двое взрослых приняли душ и горячая вода закончилась. Видимо накопительный бак не рассчитан даже на семью. Пришлось ждать 40 минут пока снова появится горячая вода, и дети смогут помыться. |Из трёх указанных телефонов для связи работал только один. Зачем писать номер, если им не пользуешься? Контактным лицом была указана Oxana, но общался со мной Владимир, который не смог ответить на вопрос как разблокировать варочную поверхность. Предложил приехать через полтора часа (это было бы 22:30) или завтра. Я сказал, что это безобразие, дети остаются без горячей еды. На что получил комментарий: у нас всё работает, просто вы не умеете этим пользоваться. Я ж не спорю! Но почему не оставить инструкцию?! Сорок минут в интернете и плита была разблокирована. Абсолютно неочевидным способом разблокировки! Мне есть с чем сравнить. Да, и не расчитывайте на хороший интернет. Он, интернет, по факту, мобильный. На улице отличный прием. И вокруг дома отличный приём. А вот в доме.... Сначала надо постараться найти сигнал, а потом не потерять его. В спальнях его практически нет. |Не то чтобы минус, но неприятно: в описании указано наличие сауны. А о том, что она платная, узнаешь, лишь, получив подтверждение о бронировании. Деньги не великие, но почему бы об этом не написать сразу? |Да, и такая мелочь как освежитель воздуха в туалете, делает проще сосуществование под одной крышей даже членов одной семьи. Странно, что это неочевидно для хозяев. |Теперь о хорошем. |В апартаментах очень чисто. Достаточно посуды. Удобные матрасы. Вся обстановка из ИКЕА-скромно, со вкусом, достаточно, свежо. Детям понравилось наличие русского ТВ. Отопление исправно. Добраться до места и попасть внутрь жилья трудностей не вызвало. | Я не смогу советовать это место.
