Nothing good to say, sadly..||- Customer service was arrogant and poor. Owner snapped my colleague, when she asked which room she had to move over weekend, and shouted that it was our fault that she had to make so many arrangement to our stay, and we complain too much.|-Whole this time my room's were semi-ok. Bed's was really bumpy and soft, air-condition blew so hard and chill, that I was sick next morning..I went to ask if they could turn up the heat little bit or lower the fan, and when I came back at the work, there was a movable heater. I taped a pillowcase on the air-con, so I could turn down the fan.|-There is no room cleaning in weekend's.|-At the breakfast coffee is like tee, and there are only small cups. You had to run several time fill it up, because it is so weak. One day we figure that there is bigger, like grog-classes, only bigger one..and after few day's, hotel worker's was taken the glasses away, so we cannot use those. Also this same, weak coffee reason, we took morning coffee take-away cups, when we walked work. Then they took those cup's away too. This could be avoided, if they just make normal coffee!!|-Breakfast was all Lidl stuff.|-There are no minibar or refrigerator in the rooms.|-Hot tub at the sauna downstair is a normal tub that you can buy home! It is not meant to be in public use.|-Hotel is very expensive!! You could live nearly at Four Season hotel in New York this price..|-Owner sisters and hotel staff are greedy, arrogant and lack of any customer service.|- I was sick most off the time, and I think it is because whole hotel smell mildew. Also many of my colleagues had fever and flu..|-Downstairs is a disco, and if your room is in second floor, the music and shouting can hear clearly in the rooms.|-Sewers was smelly.|+Wi-Fi worked good.||That doesn't mean that you can do anything what you want...after all, this is only hotel at the Loimaa..If that hotel management is so hard, maybe they should change business..||Can't recommend this...
Read moreWe stayed for four nights on a bed & breakfast basis. We had one twin room and one single. The single room was small but with enough space for one person. The twin room was a very good size. There was adequate storage space for clothes but only one drawer. There were not many hangars so probably worth taking your own if you have more than a few things to hang up. The beds were very comfortable with very warm duvets. The rooms themselves were quite warm even though the weather was cold. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold food and hot and cold drinks available. There is a small bar area where you can sit and have drinks. You can also eat in the restaurant and there is a nightclub in the hotel, we didn't use either of these as we stayed there midweek to visit friends in the area. There is a small kitchenette on the first floor where you can make a hot drink and contains a sink, kettle, fridge and iron. There are local shops nearby and the railway station is within walking distance with trains running to Turku, Tampere and Helsinki. There is a car park but not sure whether there is a...
Read moreOnly negative thing was the bathroom: there was only one drain located in the middle of the floor – not in the shower corner. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom floor was so wet that you had to wait for couple of hours before using the toilet. ||||Otherwise, the hotel was quite nice.||||We had the basic room. It was clean. Furnishing was modern but very ascetic: no paintings / pictures on the wall and all the colors were pale, no colorful walls, curtains, carpet, furniture or cushion. There was soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, two big towels and three small towels in the bathroom. ||||The breakfast was good Finnish style hotel breakfast: porridge, bread, salad, sausage, tomatoes, cucumber, fruits, yoghourt, cereals, muesli, pastry, juice (apple, orange), water, coffee, tea etc. Food in the restaurant was very good and there was something for vegetarians on the menu.||||Bar is located in the lobby area and nightclub in the basement level. I didn't hear any sound or noise coming out of there, but people were quite noisy on the street, just under the window, after nightclub closing time. So be wary if have a...
