Hotelli Uninen Loviisa — Hotel in Loviisa sub-region

Updated from 1 star to 3 since a couple of hours later I got a phone call from someone more helpful who gave me my door code and I was able to get in. With the door code it was quite straightforward to check in and the room was clean and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay in Loviisa in the accommodations proposed by the couple who holds this hotel - I also stayed one night in this hotel and it was nice, clean and calm and the restaurant downstairs was good. Yövyimme Loviisassa 27-28.6.2020 välisen yön kahden hengen huoneessa.

Huoneessa oli pyyhkeet ainoastaan yhdelle. Soitimme asiakaspalveluun, jossa kerrottiin, "että on haasteita siivouksen kanssa" yrittävät saada siivoojaa tuomaan pyyhkeitä. No, eipä näkynyt!

Huoneessa piti olla ilmastointi, mutta se oli kuuma kuin pätsi, ainoa apu oli pöytätuuletin. Ikkunan avaaminen onnistui kunhan olin ensin ruuvannut ikkunan kahvan kiinni! mutta ikkunaa ei voinut jättää auki koska vastapäätä oli meluisa ravintolaterassi.
