Aurora Cabins — Hotel in Northern Lapland

During the booking, there was already a huge hidden cleaning fees of SGD$235(which I never came across this amt of cleaning fees from any property I stay in) which was being charges with no refund allow once you make the booking. When I contacted the host, I was told if I clean the cabin after I left, they will refund the fees. We travel to Finland and stay in on 20/3/19. When we arrive, we was not able to enter the house as the passcode for the key box was not given to us which we have to contact the host on the spot to retrieve the number. Once we get into the house, we start to take photo and video the house as we wanted to use it as reference to tidy back the house after our stay to get back the money. As the house is big and there is only 4 of us spending 1 night, we decide to sleep in the living room sofa and talking so that we no need to clean the 2 room and left all the bed linen and the room status as it was when we arrive to save the cleaning. The next day, we depart at 8am to for tour & before we leave we record the process of the cleaning as proof that we have clean it. I speak to the host and he mention he will refund the money after he check if the house is clean. When I contacted the host again for the refund on 30/3 (after 10 days) aft we back in Sg, What shock us is that he accuse us damage the bed in the room & will not refund the to us. He is really the big time liar that we have never met like this!! He just accuse us damage the bed which we DID NOT EVEN sleep inside the room and when I look back at the photo, the bed outlook already not in good shape. He mention the guest after us check in complaint the bed damage and how can he just point to us and confirm that we damage it! What kind of energy and force that need to cause a bed to break just like this and we are just 4 lady!!! Mökki oli tilava ja keittiössä hyvät ruuanlaittovälineet. Saunassa liian pieni kiuas, huonot löylyt. Pesuhuoneen laattojen saumat lattia rajassa huonot ja likaiset myös hajua oli. Terassi täynnä polttopuita ja kaikenlaista rojua alkoi näkymään lumikasojen alta, mm. polkupyöriä, moottorikelkkoja, vene, iso avaamaton laatikko. Terassin alla autonrenkaita. Lisäksi omistaja ilmestyi viikonlopuksi pikku mökkiin ja piha täyttyi remonttimiesten autoista. Pihalla kulki remonttimiehet edestakaisin ja meillä lapsenlapsi nukkui...
