Absolutely amazing hotel, everything was highly satisfying and exceptional. ||The apartment is clean, spacious and modern, features a very well equipped kitchen, a private sauna, a great sized bathroom, a nicely furnished living room with a dining area and a separate bedroom. We liked that here are enough place for your stuff as there are spacious wardrobes in the apartment, so you could feel yourself totally at home, as you don't need to dress up from your luggage. Heat was perfect, we never felt cold. Bed is very comfy and has a great size. The area is quiet, calm and yet centered, easy to reach anything by walk. Last, but not least the staff was very nice and friendly all the time, they helped us whenever we had a question and never had to wait even for a minute at the reception to get someone who could help us. Since August 2025, I have sent several emails regarding my reservation and activities, but I have received no response at all. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.||When guests book far in advance and make full payment, it’s only reasonable to expect timely and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here.
