Great location at the shore of Pielinen. Place is pet friendly (extra fee) with peace and quiet around even though cottages are close to each other and semi-detached. ||Short distance to the Koli hiking trails and Koli village for grocery shopping. Should you need cash though, the nearest ATM/cash machine is at the next village (Juuka), so stack up with cash for example for the pet fee in advance.||Cottages are relatively new and tidy. They are equipped with a Sauna, washing machine and dryer, which is simply brilliant. Kitchen is well equipped along with a dishwasher. The location of the cottage was the best part. Given that it was already within the Koli national park area, the ambiance was quiet and no nearby traffic. Très bon moment passé dans notre cottage, je trouve le prix très abordable, le cottage très spacieux, très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires (lave vaiselle, lave linge, sèche linge, micro onde, four, grand frigo, télé....) Très grandes fenêtres, chauffage par le sol très agréable et sauna très facile à mettre en marche même quand on débute ! Le cadre autour est magnifique, c’est calme, accès à une petite plage du lac en 30 sec à pied ! Possible de louer petit bateau à moteur, canoë, vélo pour pas cher ! (Petits problèmes rencontrés avec le bateau à moteur, bien s’assurer que tout fonctionne avec le « service-man ») Possible de pêcher dans le lac et de venir faire cuire son poisson à la nordique !
