I wanted to rate higher but we came in summer and were on the top floor. And even though it was around 15 at night and fan on... there's no AC, just a fan. I don't mind that the rooms are pretty dated, no renovation in the last 30+ years it seems. We could even have done without AC, but the room was so poorly ventilated. We opened the windows but the street was so noisy. I did not sleep more than an hour.
Some staff were quite helpful and friendly, others were rude and not knowledgable about a very small town (we went across town to an Apteekki when there's one right up the street).
Breakfast was decent but the coffee was inexcusably awful.
Really though, this place could be so charming but it just needed a little more for our stay...

Even tho Air conditioning is included in the room features.. Later we changed to the new room but it was as hot as the previous room. I'd say not worth of 120€ if you want to relax and sleep well. Hotel room was just ok, not anything special but not too filthy either. Looked kinda old but still was ok. Just way too hot at hot summer day.. Food and service etc...
