We stayed in the hotel only for one night but we were very happy with all the services. The place seems to be really well-thought with a lot of small details that made our stay so enjoyable.

Only book this place if you have a car, giving it a 5 star because service was really good! But location was extremely tough when we were only in Rovaniemi for 2 days and had lots of plans in Santa’s village. We ended up spending hundreds of euros on ubers because the bus and train system was confusing and took too long to get to where we wanted. Receptionist was great! Female lady with shoulder length hair was so kind, helped us arrange transportation when we had no other options and also overall great service! The breakfast also was AMAZING I really enjoyed it! Rooms were pretty decent and we had a door that opens on the other end to the outside so was fun to run around in the snow without having to go through the main front door!
