This *peace of lapland can definitely bring you back to your true self. Just let yourself dive into the awesomeness of this house and its surroundings. We have spent an amazing week here traveling between here and Rovaniemi for shopping and other activities (Santa’s Village). Also quite a nice day is to visit the Ranua Zoo, they close around 16:30 so give yourself at least 2.5h. The grill hut is a brilliant addition, besides the great location few steps from the lake where you can check-out the aurora on the north-east. Note: All the offers for aurora hunt experiences should happen here, don’t expect better locations for aurora hunts offered in Rovaniemi. Install some apps for tracking auroras and hang around here, grill something while you wait.
Don’t be afraid to spoil yourself with a dip in the jacuzzi, you won’t feel the cold at all even when -17 outside. Just prepare the sauna before, it’s a nice touch once the jacuzzi gets cooler.

We had an incredible four-day stay at this beautiful cabin in Rovaniemi, Finland. The location is stunning, right by a serene lake, which created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. Not to forget the Aurora spotting was exciting and the final gaze at this wonder of nature was magnificint! The cabin had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces.
Our host was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and give us great local tips. We felt truly welcomed! The highlights of our stay were definitely the sauna and the jacuzzi, which made our evenings extra special. Plus, the karaoke machine was a fun bonus, and we spent some unforgettable moments singing our hearts out!
