We stayed here one night in the suite with sauna. I have to say that the hotel was quite small but very cozy and the suite (erkersuite) didn't disappoint any of us. The sauna was fantastic and the views from the room were very nice.|The beds were super comfortable and there's a pillow menu available. The person responsible for the account (the owner, I assume?) then refused to answer my question whether their suite was available on a certain date, insisting I call them instead. I live abroad, and I told them I'd rather not call. I never received an answer.||||I get that customer service isn't that great in Finland, but for god's sake, try putting your best foot forward as a small business during a global pandemic. ||||Needless to say, we took our...
