IKEA Tampere — Hotel in Tampere sub-region

I don't recommend using home delivery if you have new and empty apartment they do not keep their promise with the time scale and do not notify you once it is delayed. We had a purchase of almost 1000euro that had to come on a monday because it was the only day we were free and it promised 1 to 5pm. However we waited until 8pm in an empty apartment and tried to contact customer support and could not reach them. We had to leave and contact customer service in the morning once it was opening hour and got the reply "unfortunately it was delayed" that is absolutely unacceptable as a customer this is not only a huge inconvenience its also affecting other schedules we don't have time to be waiting at home 8 to 10hours for a delivery if it was going to be delayed the least they could do is call and inform us we could've gone shopping for other necessary things for a new home but we had to wait in an empty place. I understand if they were delivering small packages but we ordered bed and other necessary things which we need immediately in order to move in. Very...

A great, big, maze-like Ikea furniture store with multiple floors and a restaurant in between. Follow the directions or you will get lost.

I understand that this place has almost everything Ikea has to offer and if not, there's certainly more than enough. You can go there and buy every necessity and then some if you happen to have an empty flat. Everything is Ikea quality and price, no surprises.

The restaurant is a nice touch especially for families with kids. The Ikea shopping trips are usually very long and sustenance is required. The big minus on my part is that they have poor Lactose Free choices so you might have to mix and match and get like meat balls with french fries...

Used to be a 5 star for me until today. Me and my girlfriend always go eat to IKEA because of their wonderful services and food prices. While customer service remains the same, as well as the food quality - we are both deeply disappointed and not liking that food prices have gone up, we could not use our coupon to get one meal free (after every 10 meals you buy you get one free). Also with IKEA family before coffee used to be free, now coffee and soft drinks cost more than before. For a multi million company, is this really necessary or they just follow the trend of growing prices.
