I stayed this hotel for 2 nights with a wife and three kids(6,3,1year) during 19 days vacations in Scandinavian countries.||||||As we are on touring for 19 days in Scandinavian countries and this hotel is the first place to wash our clothes, I sent e-mail to hotel to confirm if there is a self-laundry facility (even there is detergent!) before booking.|| ||||1, Great sauna! Located in Top floor and it is huge. I enjoyed great time with locals.||2, My room type was “family room”, which was not one-big-suite room, but two connecting rooms consist of one small size room and one medium size room. You have two shower rooms and refrigerators. Total one sofa bed, double bed, single bed. ||3, Fantastic and friendly staff.||4, A microwave is in restaurant so you can use this to make your dish from outside hot. We got some food from super market near-by and had a great dinner…||5, I was impressed that there was a small business card type picture on the desk in the room which show who’ve cleaned my room. I’ve never seen this kind of card and appreciate one lady and her job who made us stay very comfortable.||6, Breakfast is good. You have waffle (self-cooking)!||||||1, This is little bit too demanding but there was no kettle. I am not sure why but I came to know Finish are the people who drink coffee most in the world but there was no kettle. I stayed two hotels in Finland but both doesn’t have kettle. Maybe they can spend little money to furnish kettle each room. ||2, You need to pay small money to park your car outside (5.5 EURO). No need to...
Read moreI booked last minute, and when I arrived, I was surprised and a bit disappointed to realize it was the hospital hotel. However, as soon as I walked in, I felt at ease. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and managed to calm me down, especially since I was a bit brusque at first, questioning why it wasn’t mentioned that it was a hospital hotel. That said, I’m quite a curious person, and despite not being the ideal choice, it was fantastic. The hotel is spotless and very quiet. The breakfast was perfect in my opinion, with a great variety of options, from savory items like sausages and potatoes to cold cuts, and even delicious pancakes with Nutella or jam. There were also cookies and coffee available, so I was really satisfied with the breakfast. Additionally, in the evening, there’s a buffet from 4 PM to 6:30 PM for just 15 euros, which offers a variety of dishes you’d probably struggle to find elsewhere in the city. The only downside is that it’s not in the city center, so if you want to be in the heart of the city without taking a bus, this might not be the best choice. But if you're looking to save some money and enjoy a really neat and relaxing atmosphere, this hotel is perfect. Plus, I paid only 100€ per night breakfast included!!! That was...
Read moreThe hotel and the room were clean, quiet, and located in a convenient area near the lake. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were friendly. However, they were not very willing to help guests or solve issues when they arise.
Here’s what happened: I didn’t like that the hotel avoids issuing invoices. When booking the room, I didn’t indicate that I would need one, but upon arrival I clearly stated at check-in that I wanted an invoice. Since there were other guests waiting behind me, the receptionist wrote down the hotel’s email address on a note (the same one with breakfast information) and asked me to send the company details by email. Later that evening, I sent the details to the provided address, but I still haven’t received the invoice. Very...
