Villa Honka — Hotel in Torne Valley sub-region

Das Ferienhaus ist nett.. Der Aufenthalt hat sich zum Alptraum entwickelt.. bei der Buchung waren Tiere erlaubt ( siehe Fotos ) als wir ankamen waren diese nicht erlaubt.. zuerst wurden wir aufgefordert diese im Heim abzugeben ( 2 kleine Hunde ).. dann wollte uns die Unterkunft € 500.- für das putzen der Hütte verrechnen.. Für den Stolzen Preis der Buchung, gab es kein Service.. als wir ankamen keine Begrüssung vom Personal, keine Erklärung der Hütte, vor der Hütte extreme Sturz Gefahr, alles voller Eis.. Gegen Aufpreis sollte es Frühstück und Abendessen geben.. selbst das wurde nicht angeboten.. beim Hot Pot haben wir dann erst richtig gemerkt wie man uns abzocken will. Preisliste im Zimmer besagte € 100.- diese wollen von uns € 150.- plus € 89.- für das heizen.. Erst nachdem ich Booking eingeschaltet habe.. hat die Unterkunft von diesen massiv überteuerten fantasie Preisen abgesehen.. der Aufenthalt ( mein Geburtstag ) war versaut und alle wollen nur noch weg von da.. ich war schon an vielen Orten, aber sowas schlechtes habe ich noch nie erlebt..

Neu sind auf der eigenen Homepage Aufpreise für die Hunde ersichtlich, dazu haben Sie nach geeigneten Aussagen nur 2 Heuser in den man keine Hunde mitnehmen darf. Dann muss man als Betreiber der Homepage, die entsprechenden Angaben deklarieren. Bei Booking.com wurde es nie geändert, jeder Eigentümer ist selbst dafür verantwortlich, was bei Booking steht.

The holiday home is nice... The stay turned into a nightmare.. animals were allowed when we booked (see photos) but when we arrived they weren't allowed.. first we were asked to leave them at the home (2 small dogs).. then the accommodation wanted us €500 .- charge for cleaning the hut.. For the steep price of the booking, there was no service.. when we arrived, no greeting from the staff, no explanation of the hut, extreme risk of falling in front of the hut, everything full of ice.. For an additional charge There was supposed to be breakfast and dinner... even that wasn't offered.. it was only at the hot pot that we really noticed how they were trying to rip us off. Price list in the room said € 100.- they want € 150.- from us plus € 89.- for heating.. Only after I switched on booking.. did the accommodation abandon these massively overpriced fantasy prices.. the stay (my... Birthday) was ruined and everyone just wants to get away from there.. I've been to many places, but I've never experienced anything so bad..

Additional charges for dogs are now visible on the company's own homepage. According to appropriate information, you only have two hay houses in which you are not allowed to take dogs. We had an amazing time in Villa Honka.

The staff provided great service with very friendly and kind responses over text message. The cabin itself was huge and perfectly maintained. WIFI is very strong and stable.

It was totally complete with its very own sauna, double shower and filled kitchen. Outside you have a wonderful view of the forest backyard from you immens porch. There is even an inside grillhouse in the garden for in the winter.

You can pick berries around the house and have a cute little swallow nest above the front entrance.

If you'd like you can start the day with a morningdive in the lake which is connected to your yard.

Amazing - this is our second time visiting here in the Villa Honka and we L.O.V.E. it! The House has everything you need and the nature around you is just breathtaking! Next time we will come in...
