Cabin with fireplace and sauna. WiFi is installed in a couple of cabins and sometimes gives just a low and slow signal to the other cabins, this can be improved.|Matti also offers his snowmobil excursions which is a very nice way to spend a day. Just a shame that he doesnt always offer his full day excursion.||They have a spare stative/tri-pod available which is a must when you want to photograph the northern light. Btw, a Good location for that is at walking distance at the lake or just before that between the trees (path is between cabin 3 and 4)||All in All: well equiped kitchen and cabin and close to 1 of the beter villages...

My daughter and I stayed in cabin 7 over the 2017/2018 New Year period, and we were very pleased! ||The cabin was much better than our expectations, being spacious, comfortable, warm, and with wifi.||We met the owners, and they offered us the use of the kick sleds, down hill sleds, and the option of kit, such as warm gloves, etc. They were very kind, and also showed us a great place for sledding.||We would definitely stay in one of their...

Schon lange freuten wir uns auf den Winter in Lappland. Mit den Luxury Cabins von Ounasloma haben wir den grossen Glücksgriff dazu getan. Eine idylilsche, super gelegene Hütte mit eigener Sauna und einem Kamin haben unser Wintermärchen perfekt gemacht. Die Hütten sind so angelegt, dass man genügend Privatsphäre hat und das Auto kann direkt vor der Hütte parkiert werden. Glücklicherweise hat die Hütte einen Stromanschluss, an dem das Auto angeschlossen werden kann, damit es auch sicher wieder startet. War auch sehr nötig, da es bis -35 Grad kalt war. Die Hütte ist sehr liebevoll bis ins Detail für Selbstversorger ausrüstet. Es fehlen weder Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle noch Geschirrspüler. Für das kuschlige Kaminfeuer liegt das Brennholz bereit und viele Kerzen können angezündet werden. Matti schickte uns vor der Ankunft ein SMS, mit der Angabe unserer Hütte.||Von der Hütte aus sind es etwa 200m bis zum gefrorenen See. Dort konnten wir am späten Abend einige Nordlichter sehen, leider waren sie aber nicht ganz so intensiv. Mit Matti unternahmen wir auch noch eine Schneemobil-Safari, welche uns durch die verschneite Winterlandschaft führte.||Wir haben jetzt schon wieder für nächstes...
