We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 4 (we have 2 boys aged 9 and 11). The welcome we got after a 9 hour drive was second to none. The hosts were amazing. We were so tired and hungry after a long drive, so the hosts were kind enough to order (and collect) pizzas for us from the local restaurant. They couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely, spacious, self catering chalet with great views and a big west facing terrace. The communal area has a pool, a bar and lounge with wifi. We had breakfast the first day and it was beautifully presented and fresh. The boys had a lot of freedom roaming around independently, from the trampoline in the play area, to the pool, to the wifi by the bar. The hosts recommended lots of activities for us and can book whatever you like. We were just a little lazy and too relaxed in our surroundings to do much but we went to see some amazing caves (Grotte de la Cocaliere). It was extremely hot walking down but it was worth it. The lodge can also book some kayaking or canoeing for you if you are feeling energetic. Sadly the boys were struggling a little with the heat so were glued to the pool. We will definitely try it next time we are back (we will be returning). We did excursions to nearby Pont Du Garde and Uzes. Very pretty and a good day out. All in all, I would recommend Mont Bouquet as a place to stay if you are in the Langeudoc -Roussillon region . I doubt you will find hospitality like this anywhere in the environs. Many thanks Anna and Nicolas for a...
Read moreThis is a little gem of a place in a very beautiful setting. There is something for most ages, a very nice clan pool with a lovely place to relax and get some sun if that's for you. There are bikes to hire if you would like to do that. The chalets are well equipped with new linen and there is a washing machine on site which can be used. Each chalet has a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, separate toilet and a private terrace with table and chairs and its SHADY!! For those passing through there are also 4 double rooms which are also nice and comfortable. Brouzet-les-Ales is off the beaten track so I would recommend taking groceries with you before you arrive. However, if you are not able to do this for one or two days, there is a buffet breakfast available and in the evenings you can order some meat and cheese platters. The hosts are very friendly and are able to welcome French, Dutch and...
Read moreWhat a wonderful stay we had at Mont Bouquet lodge. We will recommend Mont Bouquet to everyone. The staff is so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay one to remember. The cottages are comfy and very clean, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We relaxed at the pool a lot and enjoyed a delicious cocktail at their bar. We had wi-fi and was able to keep in touch with friends and family. The bar also had a lovely big screen t.v where my husband enjoyed his sport and where we could enjoy the soccer world cup. The best of Mont bouquet is the location. It is close to so many fun activities in the South of France and the staff will also plan and book everything for you. ||Thank you so much for making our honeymoon one to...
