Lodge du Hautacam — Hotel in Argelès-Gazost

Absolutely incredible! I stumbled upon this gem in summer 2025 and sadly she only had two nights available so I rebooked for 12 nights in October. The beautiful Ann (owner) catered to my very specific breakfast needs, the room was very comfortable (shout out to the hypoallergenic insanely cosy bedding and mattress) the views were next level beautiful, the 15m pool was used everyday along with the infrared sauna and the location (half way up the road to Hautacam) was spot on to access everywhere in the vicinity. I come to write in the peace and quiet and when I want to venture out for dinner or hiking it’s so easy! I will be back and I cannot recommend it enough!...

This is a Pyranees GEM! The location is incredible a little up Hautacam with fantastic views. The property was designed incredibly well and top end with all details and amenities very well thoought out. The hostess was the best part about the Property. She is always willing to help and answer questions and be available to us from booking restaurants, giving a ride to town in her car, making breakfast and dinner, and being so incredibly nice! I cannot wait to come back here. This is a top notch property with only a few rooms making it very private and serene. ...

Lieu magnifique mais trop chère. Pas d'offre de repas et le petit déjeuner est très médiocre. La patronne qui vous regarde déjeuner c'est pénible de bon matin, accueil froid notre heure d'arrivée n'était pas à son goût. La salle de bain ouverte dans la suite limite son utilisation car trop bruyant et réveil le conjoint ; le petit frigo avec une cafetière très bruyante est dedans. La piscine est décevante, c'est un couloir de nage tout simplement pour 2 personnes en même temps. L'heure du petit déjeuner beaucoup trop tardif (9h) au bon vouloir de la patronne, même si le premier jour nous avons été servi à 8h (déjà tard si vous devez faire une excursion), ça n'a pas été le cas le lendemain jour du départ et nous a énormément embêté pour la route et destination suivante. Je mets un point d'honneur à ce que mes avis reflètes la vérité et en aucun cas votre petit déjeuner est digne d'un lodge, les ibis ou autre font beaucoup mieux avec plus de choix! pas de viennoiseries, pas de pain frais (longue conservation de supermarché conservé au frigo), jus de fruit de supermarché et juste un choix du pamplemousse... pas d'œuf à la coque possible, le salé manque cruellement ... Quant au sur classement, nous n'avions rien demandé, ça a été fait simplement parce que nous sommes passés par "voyage avec vue" et que vous connaissez la personne, soyez honnête dans votre soucis...
