Auberge Manoir de la Nocherie — Hotel in Argentan

Stayed 4 nights in our caravan with our 12 year old grand daughter. very pretty grounds and owners helpful and very friendly. On first impressions we thought the shower/toilet block was in need of a coat of paint but they were clean and the showers were perfect temperature and steady pressure.||Peaceful quiet camp and very relaxed.||Owners have the most friendly and happy little dog “mango” he greets you as you arrive and quickly makes friends with everyone, very entertaining watching him running around his in his idyllic life.||We initially thought our grand daughter may have become a little bored as no entertainment etc but she absolutely loved it, ||We would definitely stay...

Liked: The setting was lovely.

Disliked: For some reason there was no toilet paper in any of the loos and also no hand-wash and no general waste bins around the site. The grass was too long and the lady who had 2 dogs didn't even bother to come over and say a proper hello, probably because she knew her feet would get wet in the 'too long' grass. The site could also do with some lighting as was really dark and difficult to find your way around as we arrived quite late in the day. The pitches were not clearly defined and were mostly uneven or on a slope. No directions to...

Liked: Stunning area, very peaceful, clean showers and electric and water worked well

Disliked: The owners/operators were pleasant enough but gave us no info or showed us our pitch. Just said park wherever you like. Restaurant shut. One disabled show and one ordinary. Had to use the disabled as the water in the other one was cold. Did not know where bins or waste water/loo...
