We discovered C'est si Bon campsites this year at the NEC and decided to try 4 of their 13 campsites dotted around France during our 3 month road trip in Europe, we were not disappointed. Great locations, friendly, family run, spotless, each with a pool and very cheap off season ( prices rise in July). |We were warmly wellcomed by Aurelia and Loic at La Roquette campsite on 24th June 2023 and they went above and beyond to make our 7 day stay perfect, such friendly hosts and both spoke very good English. We have a motorhome and no car, Aurelia arranged our 3 day car hire as we do not speak French and the car hire people spoke no English. Aurelia drove my husband to the car hire company then he followed her back in the hire car back to the site how great is that ! We visited Avignon, Lavender fields in Sault, Luberon, Roussillon ( red village in Provence) all magnificent.|La Roquette campsite is a 20 min walk into Chateaurenard with a great weekly Sunday market, shops and bars. We caught the bus from Chateaurenard to Nimes and Saint-Remy, 10km away. |Heat wave during our stay and lots of biting insects but we survived. Highly recommend this family friendly fabulous site, we are both in our mid sixties and travelled...

She gave us a map of the site showing which pitches were vacant and for how long.||||Once the travel pod was up time for a swim in the large pool. Nice and clean.||||We'd forgotten to buy crisps but the owner gave me a small packet, plus I bought one of the site's own label rose wines.||||The wine went down a treat after the swim.||||Have had diner two nights in a row. The burgers are brilliant as is their fresh pizza. Spoilt for choice on the menu.||||The pitcher of house red is excellent.||||Menu prices are very reasonable.||||Ordered fresh bread and coissants the night before.||||Sanitation blocks are more than sufficient and kept spotlessly clean.||||Site is close to the busy town and supermarkets, local fruit and vegetable market also nearby.||||The 57 bus from town centre takes you into the centre of Avignon.||||All in all I can't fault this site. Prices are very good and standards better than...
