A delightful chambre d’hotes in an outstanding location for visiting much of Provence! Florence and Jean-Patrick were wonderful hosts, warmly welcoming us and available to assist and answer questions throughout our stay of several days. Situated in a lovely, rustic setting, this 19th C mas has undergone an extensive renovation and now offers every comfort and modern convenience, while preserving many of the building’s original features. Guest rooms are quite spacious, comfortable (ours had a king-size bed!) and beautifully decorated; and the bathroom and shower were stunning (see our photos). Unfortunately we were a bit too early in the season to be able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool so instead took relaxing strolls on the property with Coco, their dog, making the acquaintance of a variety of friendly farm animals. Breakfasts were ample and delicious, as was the dinner we enjoyed one evening with our hosts–each meal offering homemade, regional specialties. In sum, terrific hosts, wonderful accommodations–a place to which we’d...
Read moreThis B&B was the perfect choice for location and the warmest Provencal hospitality. We stayed here for 5 nights and everything was perfect. The room with 1 queen and 1 single bed was spacious, nicely decorated, the bathroom was new with beautiful tiles and amazing shower head, the bed super comfy, high-quality comforter, high-quality towels, room very well lit, working WFI in the room, wonderful breakfast with more than plenty selection and quality, and above all, wonderful hosts. This is a family friendly B&B and if you have small kids, they will have fun playing with the dog, feeding the animals and running around. The location was perfect for us, we went anywhere in between Pont-du-Gard to Cassis and reasonable drive. The small villages of Gordes, Roussillon, Baux-de-Provence, Fontaine-de-Vacluse are quite near and easy to get to. Aix-de-Provence was only 40 min away. You need to have a car to go to restaurants, but there are lots of choices in Cavaillon, Isle-de-la-Sorgue, etc. We had the perfect stay and would love...
Read moreWe visited here for a long weekend for a friends wedding in the local area. We hired all four rooms for a group of eight of us, this place is amazing, lots of grounds, a lovely swimming pool area with beds and patio area to relax in. Breakfast was outside under the trees and was delicious! Freshly made cakes every day, wonderful fruits and jams. A perfect retreat, peaceful and relaxing and only 5-10 minutes from the local town, St Andiol, which had several shops to purchase food and drink for your stay. The kitchens were well equipped and we had several meals al fresco and relaxed in the grounds. The bedrooms and en suites are beautiful, very well decorated and quality facilities, beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets. A car is necessary when staying here as it is quite a walk into St Andiol. A beautiful relaxing weekend with friends, this place was perfect and Florence the proprietor was very friendly...
