While the hotel boasts some lovely amenities, the service I received was subpar, particularly from the reception staff.|Upon arrival, I noticed that the receptionists were more friendly and welcoming towards clients who booked through a staycation website. As a Bonvoy member, I felt discriminated against and less valued. This was especially evident when I requested to change my room, even offering to pay extra, and was bluntly refused. The hotel was clearly not fully booked, so this response felt unjustified and dismissive.|My experience at the spa was equally frustrating. I was not provided with a bathrobe and was told to go to the reception to get one, only to be informed there that they were out of stock. When I returned to the spa, they refused to give me a bathrobe, stating that they were reserved for certain customers only. This lack of coordination and helpfulness was disappointing|The gym, however, was very nice, which is why I'm giving two stars. It was well-equipped and pleasant to use. The living room area was also beautifully decorated, and the staff I encountered there were kind and professional, in stark contrast to those at the reception and breakfast buffet.|Speaking of breakfast, my experience there was uncomfortable. Initially, I was greeted by a friendly woman, but when she left, her replacement made me feel very uneasy with his constant scrutiny. This ruined my appetite, and I left the buffet early.|Overall, while the rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the gym and living room were pleasant, the lack of basic hospitality and the feeling of discrimination greatly marred my stay. It is away from downtown so be prepared for a 25 to 30 minute commute. Electric car charging onsite is free to guests. Make sure you have an adapter for the fastest charging.
I would like to extend a very special Thank you to the customer service manager, Pira. She is very humble and focused on making sure your stay here meets your wishes and dreams. Communicate with her your desires and she will make sure it happens. She made our 20th anniversary stay for the week a blast. She missed nothing to make our stay truly unforgettable. Nothing was left undone; Champagne, flowers and fresh fruit, rose pedals and towel swans on the bed when we arrived.
She even made arrangements for a special chef inspired seven course dinner for our special night. This was extremely important as we were able to start early the next day with our own activities. And the meal was magnificent!!! My hats off to both her and the Chef!
We had breakfast with our booking and even the morning breakfast staff were on point. They remembered my order and was ready to serve me each morning when I arrived. When my wife did not make it down for breakfast they prepared her favorites and delivered it to the room. Westin Guam could learn a lot from this management team.

The Jr Suite that was allocated for the stay was clean and featured a transitional décor and a nice view of the country club.
