Lovely, cosy campsite with immaculate, well kept facilities. We stayed in our campervan on a spacious pitch and felt totally chilled out there.

Delphine was so helpful and kind as we asked to extend our stay when our van needed to visit to a mechanic. She works incredibly hard and always has a smile and a laugh with you in between all of the jobs she does to keep everything perfect.

There is a communal freezer which is a godsend for ice in hot weather! Also lots of books and games to help yourself to throughout your stay with a games lawn, table tennis, pétanque, fishing etc

The heated pool is wonderful for a quiet swim, the showers are hot and powerful with a great little dressing area, mirror and sink in each. Plenty of loos which are cleaned regularly through the day and a great washing up area.

It’s an ideal location for exploring the Normandy area by car but there is no public transport in the area nor bike hire which would be useful as it is a little remote, especially if your vehicle breaks down like ours did!

We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone...

Great little site, friendly welcome on check in, easy access albeit shrubs need trimming back as they rubbed alongside of our caravan,( minor issue)|Pitches have their own taps on however these are large fittings so you will need adapter if connecting hose, and European plug adapter for electric. Fresh bread and pastries every day. Not the biggest pool but lovely temperature. Great snack bar with home cooked lovely food. Fabulous toilets and shower block. My only one let down was by a family of four by the pool one afternoon, shouting at there children, not a care in the world about other people using the pool, drinking beer from glass bottles when this is not allowed, the female getting intoxicated and doing lewd acts with a bottle of beer in front of other pool users!!..I understand this is not the site owners fault. I was embarrassed to be British. |We only stayed two nights, but would recommend if...

This camp site is in a great, quiet location that allows easy travel to a lot of sites in relation to D Day and also Bayeux.|We enjoyed our stay very much and will go back again! My partner had already stayed here before in 2019.|We loved the site, its location, swimming pool and the fishing pond|50 or so pitches, with water tap and electricity hook up, some are lodges, there are 2 shower/toilet blocks; 1 inside and 1 more outside but under a roof. All clean, well maintained, there is separate disabled toilet/shower.|There are sinks for handwashing clothes and dishes, on site washing machine and tumble dryer( Tokens from reception)|The on site restaurant is good, also does takeaway, you can also order fresh croissant, pain au chocolate and bread each day, we did...

Best way to describe site is cute . Facilities clean but not in a building , under cover leaned too. There are two inside wash and toilets with two basins one for women. Small swim pool heated is nice. Handy for Bayeaux and Normandy D day beaches. Snack bar for evening meals on reserving for 4 nights from Thursday during our stay . Also orders for bread and croissants taken . I had a meal at the snack bar and thoroughly enjoyed it . Would recommend site and would come back if in area again

Nice small camping. We came in September and barely saw any other guests, had the (heated) pool to ourselves. The showers and toilets are not very luxurious but very clean. Nice lady at the reception, they borrowed us an adapter for the power as they had regular plugs instead of the usual plugs you find at campings. We payed 23 euro for two adults and a camping spot with electricity.

Loved our week at Camping le picard, the owners were really friendly, facilities very good, best I've experienced on any site in France actually.<br/>It is the perfect spot to explore the Normandy beaches, Caen and Bayeux, which is particularly pretty.
