Absolutely appalling experience with their electronic check in ( on two occasions) First time arriving at 10 pm it recognized my booking but refused FIVE of my cards (each well in credit) had to drive another 70 km to find an alternative hotel. Took me a HUGE amount of phone calls and contacts to get my money back - Including having to send my passport photocopy by .pdf!!!!!!)). This week for lack of choice I tried to stay again this time the machine (broke) after accepting my card. If you try to get your money back, no chance as the hotelier blames YOU (customer ) for their incompetent staff.
