Hôtel malheureusement décevant Insectes dans les chambres. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée sauf une fois, seules les serviettes ont été changées. Le parking est à 11 euros par jour. Ne pas nous fournir d'eau ou de thé et de café. Des traces de saleté et de poussière sont évidentes dans de nombreux endroits qui n'ont pas été touchés par le personnel de nettoyage depuis des mois. Ils ne répondent pas au téléphone, peu importe combien j'appelle. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres. Vous devez retourner à la réception tous les soirs pour activer la validité de la clé. Les serviettes dans les chambres sentent la sueur des autres. dix. Wir werden nicht mit Wasser oder Tee- und Kaffeevorräten versorgt. Schmutz- und Staubspuren sind an vielen Stellen sichtbar, die seit Monaten vom Reinigungspersonal nicht berührt wurden. Sie gehen nicht ans Telefon, egal wie oft ich anrufe. Es gibt keine Kühlschränke in den Zimmern. Sie müssen jeden Abend nach Ihrer Rückkehr zur Rezeption gehen, um die Gültigkeit des Schlüssels zu aktivieren. Die Handtücher in den Zimmern riechen nach dem Schweiß anderer Leute. Eines Tages fragten wir an der Rezeption nach Handtüchern, weil das Zimmer an diesem Tag nicht gereinigt wurde, aber leider gab uns die Rezeption die Handtücher, die nach Wein rochen. للاسف فندق مخييب للأمل ١. حشرات في الغرف . ٢. عدم نظافة الغرفة الا مره واحدة تم فيها تغيير المناشف فقط. ٣. المواقف بقيمة ١١ يورو كل يوم. ٤. عدم تزويدنا بالماء او بأدوات الشاي والقهوة . ٥. اثار القذارة والغبار واضحة في أماكن متعدده لم يتم لمسها من طاقم النظافة من اشهر. ٦. لا يجيبون على الهاتف مهما اتصلت. ٧. لا يوجد ثلاجات في الغرف. ٨. تحتاج تراجع الاستقبال كل ليلة تعود فيها لتفعيل صلاحية المفتاح . ٩. المناشف في الغرف بها رائحة عرق اخرين . ١٠. في احد الايام طلبنا مناشف من الاستقبال لعدم تنظيف الغرفة في ذلك اليوم ولكن للأسف سلمنا الاستقبال المناشف...

We stayed to break a journey from Western France to Northern Italy. Therefor the general location was very suitable. The hotel is lovely, fresh and modern and the room was really comfortable and spacious. Great bed and pillows etc. The only disappointment was the lack of options for dinner at the hotel. There was nowhere to eat and we had to drive out again about 5km to a local "Buffalo Grill" for food. After a long drive we were looking forward to eating locally. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. With better food options this could be a great place to stop-over. Other small point is that parking isn't very close to the hotel - it is in the nearby TGV station carpark and a fair walk to the top of the parking lot. No big deal if you're pretty mobile but worth being aware of...

Elegancki hotel z wygodnym łóżkiem. Automaty z daniami do podgrzania i mikrofalą obok. Jest też bar. Niestety turyści obcojęzyczni i grupy są traktowane fatalnie, jest to dość przykre że w dzisiejszych czasach są lepsi i gorsi turyści. Wiele miejsc zwiedziłam w Europie ale jeszcze nie spotkałam się z tym by zabierać czajniki i zostawiać same podstawki, bo czajnik nie jest w ofercie serwisowej. Przydała by się też informacja jak ogrzać pokój, bo musiałam prosić przewodnika grupy o pomoc. Usługi serwisowe też mogły by być wpisane np. ile kosztuje użycie czajnika, to bym z chęcią zapłaciła a nie szukała po pokoju gdzie został schowany. Jest to może mały szczegół, jednak jeśli jechałam autobusem 1195 km to po całym dniu zwiedzania chciałbym napić się chociaż gorącej herbaty. Pokój długo się nagrzewa, ale i tak byłam z niego zadowolona, odpowiednia ilość wieszaków i miejsca. Dla naszego przewodnika obsługa była niemiła, nie mogliśmy o 8 przyjść na śniadanie. Jak również nie mogliśmy przyjść każdy indywidualnie na śniadanie. Przez co opóźniło to naszą wycieczkę. Mogliśmy albo o 6.40 albo 10 zjeść. 52 osoby na stołówce niestety też robią swoje, bo część osób wzięła produkty a części zostały tylko croissanty bo nie donoszono na bieżąco innych produktów. Śniadanie proste wędlina ser dżem jogurt nawet nieliczni mieli szansę zjeść jajka. Po niecałej pół godzinie śniadanie się zakończyło. Chciałam nie nabierać za dużo pieczywa by nie zostawiać , niestety jak chciałam dobrać to dowiedziałam się że to już koniec. Było to dość irytujące ponieważ hotel nie miał w tym czasie za dużo gości. O godzinie 9 była pusta stołówka wcześniej też i mogliśmy zjeść normalnie śniadanie, indywidualnie i na spokojnie. A nie być gromieni przez obsługę że musimy dopiero od 10 przejść. Podsumowując polecam to miejsce osobom znającym język francuski wtedy obsługa jest uprzejma. Ja na pewno to miejsce będę omijać...
