Puravida Apparts — Hotel in Belley

Arriving on spot, nobody showed up, after half an hour running from building to building I left the place and booked another hotel.||Despite the fact that cancellation is free, the whole amount was debited after a person from the hotel called me one hour after I left the property. She was unfriendly, pretending that I did not show up and that she would cash the whole booking immediately. I sent her some pictures made during the time I was on spot. But no deal possible. 10 minutes later my credit card was debited.||I never made such an experience and let the choice to everybody to choose this place or not. We spent 4 delightful nights at this wonderful place. The apartments are designed to give maximum privacy and the swimming pond is located in a beautiful setting. The village has what looked to be a lovely restaurant (which was sadly closed during our stay). There is also a beautiful walking route along the Rhone into Lagniu. New room with very nice furniture. Heating from floor set up by thermostat, nice lighting's and good comfortable bed. Wifi is good and stroong, could be faster tho.. Cellphone signal is very poor inside and for call i had to go outside. Ground floor have no window only balcony door outside.Area is quite. Servise and owner is very friendly...
