I reserved a car through Priceline and then Expedia for Advantage Car Rental. When I got there they asked for a utility bill because I was “local.” N one of this is in ANY site including their own. Then, they did the bate and switched by telling me that mileage wasn’t unlimited as advertised and reserved. I ended up not being able to get service after traveling 40 minutes to get to the place and be dismissed with this garbage. A TOTAL waste. Would NEVER...

Voici un récit factuel de notre mésaventure qui vient de se produire :||- Nous avons réservé pour trois personnes dans cette chambre en mars dernier, pour une nuit sur notre trajet.||- Nous nous sommes présentés mais notre chalet était loué à d’autres clients... (définition même du surbooking)||- La responsable nous propose un appartement de rechange non pas en « chambres d’hôtes » mais à 5 minutes en voiture en plein centre ville.||- J’en profite pour indiquer que le jaccuzi individuel indiqué sur l’annonce pour les chanceux qui obtiennent le grand chalet, n’existe plus selon les dires de la responsable, qui ressemble davantage à un agent immobilier...||- Nous nous faisons renvoyer assez méchamment, en présence de notre enfant.||Bref une mésaventure que nous ne souhaitons à personne, surtout avec un enfant...
